Though I don't know exactly which games are involved here (and don't care to hear about any piracy excuses), generally speaking the easiest way to enforce PAL for any NTSC game is to use the GSM utility. This simple hertz patcher works great Or yeah, If you tick the 'Make PN Selector' box, you will get the choice to pick what hertz rate you require I playing some jap only games on my PS2 at moment with no problems No Chips/mods! Edit: Some games do multiple hertz changes (Capcom Arcade Game collections etc.) So the main menu works in altered Hertz set but when you load a game from the menu it swaps back to the original 60hz/NTSC as each game has it set into it's loader!
