To begin, I would like to explain what is happening. I've researched into the problem on google and only found 2 similar posts which I will link after going over what I have interpreted of this issue. I have also already submitted a bug report with no response at this time. I will try to give all the detail I can because I have been fighting this since 5am on Thanksgiving Thursday (3 days ago).
